What You’ll Need for a Smooth Loan Process
At Ink Mortgage, we aim to make your mortgage experience as seamless as possible. To help us get started, gather the following essential documents during the loan application process.

Personal Identification

• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License

Income Documentation

For Salary Earners:

• Most recent pay stub
• W-2 or 1099

For Self-Employed or Rental/Interest Income:

• Personal and business tax returns for the last two years (include all schedules and K-1s, if applicable)

For Pension or Social Security Income:

• Award letter or 1099
• Most recent two months of bank statements showing receipt of funds

For Alimony or Child Support Recipients (if being used for qualification):

• Court-ordered documentation
• Proof of receipt for the last 12 months (such as bank deposits or canceled checks)

Financial Statements

Bank Statements:

• Most recent two months (all pages included)

Investment or Retirement Account Statements:

• Most recent two months (all pages included)

Additional Documents for Homebuyers

• Real Estate Contract (if purchasing)

Additional Requirements (if applicable)

Child Support or Alimony Obligations:

• Full court-ordered documentation

Bankruptcy History:

• Complete filing and discharge documentation

For Current Homeowners
If you already own property, please provide:

• Mortgage account information
• Home insurance policy details
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
• Property tax information

FHA, USDA, or VA Financing Applicants
For specialized loan programs, include:

• Previous year’s W-2 or 1099
• One full month of pay stubs

For VA Loans Only:

• DD214 form
• Certificate of Eligibility
